We all know what a hassle weight loss can be. Exercise hard core and then no noticeable difference, or hardly any? Well there is help for us who want to lose weight by adding a few things into your diet.
It's always best to try and cut down on your junk foods, but sometimes that is really hard. Some things to consider adding to your diet are listed below to aide your weight loss.
The first thing I want to talk about is Oolong Tea. This is not only great for helping you lose weight, but it also has several health benefits. This can contol weight and metabolism, and also activate enzymes in your body to aide weight loss, and help eliminate free radicals from your body. Try adding a cup a day and see how you feel! This is also known in some places as "Wu-long tea". The natural polyphenols in this tea are also great at reducing stress levels.
Next we have psyllium husks - These are husks you can buy in health shops and probably online. Their function is to help create and maintain a healthy digestive track. This helps in several ways - you lose belly/stomach bloating and bulge due to the "sweeping" of the husks of your intestines to eliminate built up food on their walls. Apart from making you look slimmer, it also improves your absorption of vitamins and minerals through your intestinal tract, hence making your body healthier.
It's a good idea to have a lot of water when taking psyllium husks, they can be mixed in with a liquid, or simple sprinkled on breakfast cereal. The water ensures clean passing of them through your system without any blockages. They can also be taken in capsule form.
